Workshops
The workshops are useful for both beginners and improvers. Like my classes, they are held in a lovely airy room with a wooden floor and a whole wall of mirrors so that you can watch yourself get better and better as the afternoon progresses!
They all run from 2.00p.m. - 4.00p.m. The workshops are aimed at helping you develop technique, confidence and self-expression.
Sunday 21st October 2.00p.m - 4.00p.m.:
Veil techniques.
You will need a veil approx 2 x 1 metre in size (although a sarong will suffice). By the end of the day you will be able to dance a short choreography using your veil.
Sunday 25th November 2.00 - 4.00p.m.:
Developing your own Choreography.
Pick up some tips just in time for all of the Christmas Haflas!
Hafla
The Bilborough Belly Dancers are holding a Hafla on Tuesday 11th December 6.30 - 9.30, £3.50/£2.50 concessions. Please contact me for tickets or further details . Performers very welcome!
